Served Buffets

Served buffets are a fantastic way for your guests to enjoy a delightful meal in a little less of a formal way. Suitable for a range of events including garden parties, birthday parties, weddings, corporate events and wakes.

Our menus are designed with your needs in mind so we will work with you to make sure your requirements are meet and catered for.

Sample menu

Mexican buffet- Fajitas, tacos, selection seasonal salads, homemade guacamole

BBQ buffet- Chicken kebabs, selection butchers sausages, homemade burgers, seasonal salads, jackets potatos

Premium buffet- Cold meat platter including topside beef, honey and mustard gammon, lemon and herd chicken, pouched salmon, roasted lemon and herb potatoes, homemade coleslaw, selection salads

Indian buffet- Butter chicken, vegetable curry, pilau rine, nann bread and vegetable samosas

Katie @TheLaughingPear was our contact for the catering that they did for Dad's 90th birthday celebration. Cannot sing her praises loudly enough from start to finish. Always available, helpful and accommodating and the buffet was spot on also. Many thanks to you all

Katie and The Laughing Pear team did the catering for a post funeral gathering at my house.

At a difficult time for the family they took care of everything. Katie helped with menu choice, brought and presented the food at the agreed time. Serving plates and disposal cutlery were also provided.

The food was fantastic as you can see in the pictures so I would certainly recommend them and use them for parties etc
